RECONZH Re-launch

Mission: The goal was to help RECON ZH improve its local reputation and to adapt to the Zeitgeist.

Outcome: The measures were the re-organization of the store concept. Giving the Store a fresh identity, changing the model in re-selling and adjusting the brand range to a more trending lifestyle. Giving the Store an online fingerprint. Connecting with the right brands and international buyers/sellers, cooperating with local brands & attending branch events.

Impact: We’ve managed to turn RECON ZH into the most hyped re-selling store in Switzerland tripling the net income in 6 months.
